Manager of Engagement & Talent, Coro Center For Civic Leadership
Christian Moore is an ardent supporter of civic engagement, a catalyst for professional growth, and an amplifier for unheard voices. Christian’s work focuses on cultivating talent at all levels to maximize their personal potential and affect change. As Manager of Engagement & Talent for the Coro Center for Civic Leadership, Christian oversees the organization’s national recruitment and communications strategies across their program portfolio. Christian found his passion for leadership development as an Americorps Public Ally. During his term of service, Christian was paired with The Oasis Project and Urbankind Institute where he supported social initiatives in communities of color. The work resonates with Christian as he was able to leverage his youth and young adult experience to connect with the participants in similarly challenging situations. Following his service, Christian joined the team at Coro to aid in the administration of the Public Allies program where he increased cohort diversity and boosted retention rates. A native of Vineland, New Jersey, Christian is a proud first generation college graduate. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Point Park University and a Certificate in Trauma Informed Community Development from Duquesne University. He is honored to have served as Vice Board Chair of H.O.P.E. for Tomorrow, Inc.
