Devoreaux Walton is an ambitious, creative, and passionate professional that worked in marketing for 10 years designing, executing and managing digital content and campaigns at agencies and technology  organizations. Recently, Walton was inspired to amplify her impact on corporate culture and strategically pivoted her career to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion field. She is currently the Diversity & Inclusion Learning Program Manager for Digital Platforms at IBM. Walton enjoys bringing an innovative approach to her work, solving old problems with new solutions. Walton earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Fostering Inclusion and Diversity certificate from Yale University. Walton proudly served as the board Vice President of Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Dallas Young Professionals chapter for three years, from 2016-2019. Walton currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion board chair of the Dallas Cotillion Club. A southern belle from Atlanta, Georgia, when Walton isn’t practicing yoga or relaxing at the spa, she can be found enjoying a walk in Klyde Warren Park with her Maltipoo daughter, Nyla.
