Elizabeth Escobedo
Accountant, San Antonio Water System
Elizabeth Escobedo is an accomplished Staff Accountant with the San Antonio Water System where she provides sustainable, affordable water services and where she serves as a liaison to internal customers, external customers, and community stakeholders. She has over 15 years of financial experience and being a public servant. Outside of the office, Elizabeth has a passion to giving back to her community. She is a current member of the Junior League of San Antonio, a member of IEmpower, a member of The Board Room Project, and serves as mentor for Inspire U with the Communities in Schools for Memorial HS which she attended. She loves to volunteer at her local food bank and delivers meals on wheels to seniors. She graduated from The University of the Incarnate Word with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, also with her MBA with a concentration in Asset Management, and a concentration in Data Analytics. Elizabeth is a native San Antonian. She is a mother to a 4-year-old daughter whom she loves dearly. On her free time, she is a coach to her daughter’s T-Ball team with the YMCA. She enjoys spending time with her family, catching up on a Netflix show, or working on her crafts.
