Eric Walden
Assistant Chief of Staff, Sixth Division Circuit Court
Eric Walden Jr. is the Assistant Chief of Staff with the Sixth Division Circuit Court for Circuit Judge Earnest E. Brown, Jr., where he works to assist the court with providing rehabilitation and services to the youth and families of Jefferson and Lincoln County Arkansas. In addition to his role, Eric develops, reviews, and refines policy for the court, maintains operations, and serves as a mentor to youth involved with the court.  As a community member, he serves as a Board Member/Treasurer for Go Forward Pine Bluff and on the Public/Private Review Committee working closely with the Mayor/City of Pine Bluff to help improve the City’s economic state. Eric is also a board member for What’s Next Pine Bluff, a program aimed at assisting youth in the alternative school setting and has coached youth football for the last 6 years. Eric is a youth pastor at his church and served as a consultant for the Inaugural Mayor’s Youth Council in 2019. Eric is a 2009 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a 2012 graduate of Strayer University earning an MBA with concentration in Public Administration. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Regent University. He is happily married to Destany and resides in White Hall with their five children. In his spare time, Eric enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with his family.
