Gina Pandolfo
Board Member At-Large

Gina Pandolfo loves living, working, and playing in northwestern New England. Her professional life has been fueled by enthusiasm for equitable access to prosperity, community-based learning, and opportunities for collaborative action. Studies in cultural anthropology and sociology, global studies, and political science at Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont fostered that enthusiasm, which has namely been applied to her work with local educational nonprofit organizations, as a Community Health Volunteer with Peace Corps in central Paraguay, and as an AmeriCorps VISTA member with a Community Action Agency out of Burlington, Vermont. With particular interests in client-centered program design and implementation, as well as refinement for efficacy and impact, Gina has gained real reverence for innovative approaches to leadership.

Gina remains charmed by the social sciences, and motivated by creative and inclusive efforts to intercept systemic oppression. Hopeful for a future wherein regenerative economies, benevolence, and Mother Nature can pervade and thrive, she looks forward to engaging with the New Leaders Council to continue learning about possibilities and people to be inspired by and work with in order to catalyze change towards a just world.
