Hannah studies business and property law as a second-year law student at Indiana University Bloomington where she serves as Alumni Relations Chair of the Business & Law Society and does pro bono work for the Inmate Legal Assistance Program. Prior to law school, Hannah worked on a number of Kentucky political campaigns, serving in a variety of roles from paid canvasser to Deputy Campaign Manager and everything in between. Hannah also served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Mayor of Louisville, Kentucky from 2017 until 2019. She worked briefly for the Council of State Governments in Washington, D.C. as a legislative research assistant after her undergraduate. Hannah proudly hails from tiny Bradfordsville, Kentucky, where she grew up on a beef cattle farm learning to take care of the Commonwealth she loves so much. Hannah graduated a McConnell Scholar, Honors Scholar, and Deans Scholar from the University of Louisville in 2017 with dual degrees in political science and philosophy. Hannah was awarded a prestigious national Harry S. Truman scholarship in 2016. Hannah loves all music — especially blues, rock, and indie folk. She plays guitar and piano, and loves anything written by Buddy Wakefield.
