A true Turnaround Champion, Kiana uses proven skills in leadership, negotiations, and employee coaching to create policies that promote a team-based work atmosphere, and operational efficiency which have led to a thriving organizational culture.

Kiana is an active United Way volunteer with a passion for mentoring and engaging young professionals. She serves on the United Way Young Leaders Society Steering Committee and is a strong advocate of financial stability programs and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure everyone in Tampa Bay receives the support they need to thrive. She recently joined Inclusivity LLC to facilitate culturally competent learning and development programs.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL, she later moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida where she double majored in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication and Public Relations. Kiana later matriculated to St. Leo University to earn a Master of Business Administration.
