Kiera La'Trice Hester was born and raised in Riviera Beach, FL. She completed her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. Kiera is certified as a Victim Services Practitioner through the Office of Attorney General. Kiera served in her community throughout her adolescent years and worked as a youth counselor for Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County. She developed a prominent work ethic as well as superb leadership abilities in the six years she was employed there. Kiera is also actively involved in her church at Greater Bethel Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Elder Robert Hendley III. Kiera also serves on the Domestic Violence Council of Palm Beach County as the Representative for the State Attorney's Office. Kiera is the daughter of Keith and Anita Hester of Riviera Beach, Florida. Kiera has a passion for helping others and a great zeal to learn all that she can while she can to better serve her community. Favorite Scriptures that Kiera enjoys are these excerpts from Proverbs 31: “She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. ‘Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.’ Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.” Kiera enjoys singing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
