Meaghan and her family founded Beetnik Foods, an organic prepared foods company, where she serves as the Director of Operations. Her operational expertise and enthusiasm have grown Beetnik’s footprint from a few organic food co-ops in her hometown of Austin, TX to a national brand with products on shelf in 6,000 stores around the country. Meaghan’s favorite Beetnik product is the Organic Grass Fed Beef Meatballs, which you can catch her promoting on QVC’s television channel.
