Nicole Hamm was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida to a military family. After matriculating through Duval County Public Schools, Nicole attended Howard University in Washington, D.C., studying supply chain management. In 2015, Nicole took a job in accounting at a protein distribution firm in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and has worked her way up through the company holding multiple roles. With a passion for service Nicole joined the Rotaract club of Jacksonville Beaches, Jacksonville Urban League Young Professionals, and serves on the board of the non-profit Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry. Nicole also makes herself available to various service initiatives throughout the community such as the arts, youth development, and mental health. In the summer of 2020 Nicole ran for the office of Jacksonville City Council District 4. Nicole believes in the power of public policy to bring people together and create a more collaborative community. Nicole brings a fresh approach to politics by offering tremendous skill, a focused eye, and a true understanding of community needs. In Nicole’s spare time she can be found reading, cooking, spending time with friends, and exploring the city with her five year old dog Lil Daddy. Nicole is also a registered yoga teacher and enjoys leading classes in the community.
