Technical and Partnerships Lead, Youth Development Labs (YLabs)
Nicole Ippoliti is the Technical and Partnerships Lead at YLabs, where she brings design strategy and adolescent health expertise to the design and implementation of global adolescent programming focused on behavioral and social norm change. Nicole brings 12 years of experience leading the research and design of innovations to advance sexual and reproductive health, mental health, HIV, and economic opportunity for youth worldwide. She has led several large-scale and multi-country initiatives in South Asia, Central America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the U.S. which seek to center adolescents' self-care needs by integrating youth voices in the design and delivery of health and economic innovations meant for them. In her role at YLabs, she supports their multi-disciplinary design and research teams to design, evaluate and scale communications, service models, and digital technologies with and for youth. Nicole has a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health.
