Vice President, T. Mims Corp.
Patrick Mims is Vice President of T. Mims Corp., a family-owned company based in central Florida dealing in real estate, development, sand mining, investments and ranching. Patrick stays busy managing teams, overseeing ranching, sand mining operations, wetland mitigation banking and construction. Over the past two and a half years with the company he has obtained his Building Contractors License and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation. Patrick attended the University of Florida during his undergraduate studies where he attained a degree in Business Administration, along with a double minor in Sustainability Studies and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Patrick continued at the UF Hough Graduate School of Business. He studied and worked abroad in Hong Kong, London, and Oslo, Norway, graduating with a Master of International Business degree and a wide array of experiences in both coursework and life. More recently, Patrick has spent some of his free time volunteering and raising money for the Biden/Harris Presidential Bid with the Young Professional Finance Council. When there isn’t a global pandemic, he loves traveling to new places and although there aren’t too many mountains in Florida, he is an avid hiker and mountain climber. Some of his other hobbies include tennis, strength-training, learning Spanish, and spending much-needed time with friends.
