Quinn Eaton
Associate Attorney, Koley Jessen, PC, LLO
Quinn Eaton is an associate attorney in the litigation department at Koley Jessen, PC, LLO. He represents clients in commercial litigation in a variety of circumstances including business torts, trade secret misappropriation, employment discrimination, and constitutional matters. He previously worked at Husch Blackwell, LLP, and graduated first in his class from Creighton University School of Law in 2017. He is a volunteer with RISE Nebraska, where he volunteers his time in the Nebraska prison system to assist in the development of business skills and judge business pitch competitions. Quinn has utilized his legal skills to contribute to significant pro bono efforts, and has been recognized as an active participant on Nebraska’s Free Legal Answers website and has coordinated participation in several criminal conviction set-aside clinics in partnership with Nebraska Legal Aid. He also serves on the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Legal Services Committee, which is responsible for recommending, reviewing, and approving the policies and guidelines regulating volunteer legal services. Quinn’s wife Jessica is a veterinary technician at American Animal Hospital, and the two of them have fostered over 50 rescue dogs through Hands, Hearts & Paws. They also own several cats and dogs of their own. Quinn recently served as Vice-Chairperson on Fremont, Nebraska’s Animal Control Citizens Advisory Board.
