Rosalyn Hedgepeth
Financial Manager, Microsoft
Rosalyn Hedgepeth is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and business consultant. Rosalyn recently joined Microsoft as a Finance Manager where she leads initiatives for Global Financial Services. In her previous role as a Finance Project Supervisor at UPS, she was responsible for the deployment of a financial planning management tool that will be implemented across UPS's $43.6 billion enterprise. Rosalyn has also supported General Electric as a Lead Finance Analyst for General Electric where she owned global conversion activities that drove $25M in tax benefits. Rosalyn graduated from General Electric’s prestigious Financial Management Program where she rotated between various businesses and financial functions for two years. With a passion for servant leadership, Rosalyn is the co-founder of Project We Care Incorporated, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Project We Care Inc. creates opportunities for young professionals to give back to their local communities. Rosalyn also serves as a motivational speaker throughout the South East. She was honored to be this year’s keynote speaker for the National Council of Negro Women’s Black History Program. In her free time, she enjoys baking, watching documentaries and spending time with her family and friends. Rosalyn graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, where she also became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Rosalyn was elected as the first African American female traditional student to serve as Student Government President for the university.
