Prosecuting Attorney, Arkansas
Seth Bradley is a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Fifth Arkansas Judicial District. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with his bachelor's degree in political science. He is a 2018 graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law. Seth believes in protecting our communities’ most vulnerable. As deputy prosecutor, Seth works to keep children and families safe. He prosecutes criminals for domestic violence, theft, and identity fraud. He works closely with victims to ensure they have their day in court. Seth also enforces no-contact orders when victims find themselves subject to continued harassment from their abusers. Seth also assisted domestic violence victims in law school. As Vice President of the Bowen law school’s Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers , he participated and helped coordinate canned food drives and provided supplies to abuse shelters. Seth also advocated for progressive candidates to promote policies protecting Arkansas’ most vulnerable. He was campaign assistant coordinator to progressive Representative Steve Magie in the 2012 and 2014 elections. He also served as the President of the UCA Young Democrats and Bowen School of Law’s Young Democrats. As President, Seth raised organization funding, participated in several debates with College Republicans, and registered voters. He is currently a member of the Pope County Democratic Party Central Committee. Seth loves animals, and owns two dogs and two cats. Every weekend, he loves taking his dogs to the dog park and hiking nature trails. Seth is married to Kristen Bradley, a school teacher and fellow animal lover. Seth also collects movies, particularly science fiction. Seth and his wife are Methodists, and their faith guides them in their careers as public servants.
