Vanessa Caracoza is a proven community builder and social innovator. She is a proud Mexican-American Latina and first-generation college graduate. She currently serves as Collective Impact Director for Ceiba, a Latino non-profit in Philadelphia. Vanessa recently wrapped up her work with the City of Philadelphia, supporting the 2020 Census and the 2020 General Election. She has provided targeted strategic consulting to city agencies and start-up nonprofits. She has invested her passions both locally and nationally where she managed successful political campaigns for local and national candidates.
Vanessa is personally driven by inclusive community development and being a force in mission-driven work that empowers underrepresented people to influence government and society. She believes in experiencing life in diverse environments to better understand how to make a meaningful impact.
Vanessa is a graduate of Arizona State University and recently earned an Executive Program Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys traveling, latin music, and exploring her vegan culinary interests
